1. The deal
The Joint Account is a light-hearted app for couples, provided by Husband University. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over.
2. House Points are not money
House Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services outside the app. The app is not a bank and holds no money.
3. Be kind
Use the app to appreciate each other, not to pressure anyone. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive or sexually explicit, and don’t offer anything someone would not freely agree to. Either partner can close the joint account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Paid features
The app is currently free. If we introduce an optional Premium subscription, its price and billing period will be shown before you buy it through the App Store or Google Play. It will renew unless you cancel it through your store account before the next renewal. The store’s cancellation and refund rules apply. An active subscription covers both linked partners while they remain linked.
5. Your content
You own what you write. You let us store it and show it to you and your linked partner so the app works. You can delete it by deleting your account.
6. No guarantees
The app is provided “as is”. It is a fun tool, not relationship counselling. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for arguments about who really took the bins out. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
